My hats off to the guy. He’s played better than I thought he would this early. In fact, I would go as far to say as without his good play these first 2 games against average at best teams, the Pack could easily find themselves 0-2 and not the other way around. Yes, Woodson played awesome. But, with all of the mistakes that were made those first 2 games, its a darn good thiing the QB didn’t compound the mess. I don’t know how many snaps he’s taken but the only mistake he’s made was holding the ball too long on one play against the Lions. Maybe McCarthy can find more issues, but my untrained eye was inly capable of spotting that one.
The kid has the talent to play and thus far has remained healthy. Let’s see how he does against a good team this weekend, but so far he looks like an NFL QB — and one of the better ones at that.
